TARA JARMON ACCESSORIES DESIGN
As head designer of the accessories collections, I took a leadership role in the design of new Tara Jarmon monogram logo as part of a long term brand strategy to create an iconic and elevated accessories collection. The new monogram is used throughout the full ready- to-wear and accessories collections, as well as in customer touch-points. I also managed end-to-end product development, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and mentoring junior team members, achieving year-on-year sales increases.
